Greetings Community!
The Heading Home Ramsey (HHR) Continuum of Care (CoC) meeting on Thursday September 28, 2023 will be held in-person at 9:00am-12:00pm at the Metro Square building: 121 7th Place E., Saint Paul, MN 55101. This is the bi-annual combined meeting that is required for Steering Committee and Governing Board members and is open to the community. To effectively plan logistics, please RSVP for sessions you’d like to attend here. Attached is the agenda for the meeting and below, you’ll find some additional details for parking, etc.
Parking
There are two ramps near Metro Square or on-street metered parking around the building:
- Block 19 Municipal Parking Ramp – 145 E 7th St St. Paul, MN 55101
- Robert Street Municipal Parking Ramp – 95 E 7th St St. Paul, MN 55101
- Take the elevators up to the skyway and head straight towards “The Lobby Shoppe” where someone may usher you from there. Otherwise, turn left at The Lobby Shoppe, pass the Service Center, and make your way to the security desk to give you access to the lower level. You may be asked to verify your name and/or show email communication regarding the meeting.
Lower-Level Access
You may enter on 7th Street or Jackson Street. A greeter from Ramsey County’s Housing Stability Department will be stationed by the elevators on the 1st floor to give badge access to the lower level until 9:30am. After 9:30am, check-in with security to give you access to the lower level. You may be asked to verify your name and/or show email communication regarding the meeting.
Check-in
Upon arrival to the lower-level, head over to the check-in table to retrieve your name tag, agenda, and other information.

Pastries, fruit, coffee, and water will be available.
