Ramsey County, through the St. Paul/Ramsey County Continuum of Care, Heading Home Ramsey (HHR), solicited Letters of Interest (LOI) from providers who have experience in providing services to households experiencing homelessness in Ramsey County under the Emergency Solutions Grant - COVID (ESG-CV) funds. Ramsey County is administering the ESG-CV program on behalf of the City of St. Paul. The focus of the ESG-CV funds are to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus, among the individuals and families who are homeless or receiving homeless assistance and to support additional homeless assistance and homelessness prevention activities to mitigate the impacts created by coronavirus.
ESG-CV funds in St. Paul are being administered for family outreach, emergency shelter operations, and rapid rehousing (RRH) programs. For more information, please contact the CoC Coordinator.
