The St. Paul/Ramsey County Continuum of Care, Heading Home Ramsey (HHR), solicited letters of interest from providers who have experience in providing services to households experiencing homelessness in Ramsey County under the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds. Ramsey County administers the ESG program on behalf of the City of St. Paul. Grant terms are January 1 - December 31 and solicitations usually open in late summer/early fall.
Ramsey County has recently released the following solicitation RFP-HSD0560-0-2022/KB on behalf of its Housing Stability Department.
