Emergency Solutions Grant

The St. Paul/Ramsey County Continuum of Care, Heading Home Ramsey (HHR), solicited letters of interest from providers who have experience in providing services to households experiencing homelessness in Ramsey County under the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds. Ramsey County administers the ESG program on behalf of the City of St. Paul. Grant terms are January 1 - December 31 and solicitations usually open in late summer/early fall.

Calendar year ESG funds Letter of Interest (LOI) was published as of Monday, October 4, 2021 and closed at 3:30pm on Monday, October 25, 2021. The LOI Informational meeting took place on 9am on October 18, 2021.

FY2021 ESG LOI Timeline:

10/4/2021 - ESG Letter of Interest is released/published

10/18/2021 - ESG Informational Meeting for interested providers at 9:00am central time via zoom (contact [email protected]co.ramsey.mn.us for meeting link)

10/25/2021 - ESG letters of interest due by 3:30pm central time via email to [email protected]
