Event Location:
To become a trained Coordinatd Entry for Youth and Singles (CEYS) assessor, please contact the CoC Coordinator for a meeting invite. Training will include: Homeless definitions, homeless history, Coordinated Entry (CE) Assessment, Housing Stabilization Services (HSS), prevention and mainstream housing resources, and brief intro to the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). Assessors must also enter their assessments into HMIS or have a trained HMIS data entry specialist within their agency/organization to enter assessments on their behalf. All assessors must complete a shadow shift of another assessor within 1 month of attending the training.
